Hi, I’m Caroline.

At a pivotal point in my life, I chose the Embodied Path—and that choice changed everything.

No longer was I drowning in trauma, chronic pain, and substance use—I was learning to live a life of authenticity, creativity, and deeply rooted joy.

Guided by holistic practitioners, I leaned into what healing could be. I studied tarot, ritual, astrology (with Chris Brennan), Reiki (Usui Holy Fire lineage), and somatic methods through my Social Work and Somatic Experiencing training. With this unique integration, I now gently guide others toward embodied wholeness—balancing nervous system healing with spiritual insight and creative practice.
